4th Street Signals - 1st to 17th Avenue

The project scope consists of the replacement of traffic signals at the intersections of 4th St with 1st Ave, 2nd Ave, 5th Ave, 7th Ave, and 17th Ave. This will include traffic signal improvements, and incidental improvements such as sidewalk, curb ramps, street lighting, traffic control, and maintenance of traffic.
