The E 5th Avenue project will make changes to the roadway between Wall Street and N 5th Street. Changes will include resurfacing and restriping the currently 4-lane section to a 3-lane section with a center turn lane and permanent parking on the south side of the roadway. The project will also make modifications at the High Street and Summit Street intersections to improve safety and allow turning movements that are currently prohibited.
