Sancus Boulevard Improvements - Worthington Woods Boulevard to Lazelle Road

This project will make safety improvements to Sancus Boulevard from Worthington Woods Boulevard to Lazelle Road, and will add safe connectivity for people walking and biking in the area. The improvements include pavement widening to add a center turn lane where necessary and pavement rehabilitation. A new mast arm traffic signal and street lighting will be installed at the intersection to improve visibility for all road users. For safe walking and biking, a shared-use path, sidewalk and street lighting will be installed. These Vision Zero safety improvements are designed to slow driver speeds, increase visibility of people walking and biking and separate these vulnerable road users from vehicle traffic. Storm sewer improvements will be made as needed.
